Having worked in radio for sometime, Jamin has noticed some of the agitation fame has caused some of the famous artists he's interviewed. Their job requires them to constantly deal with crowds and it has the ability to really wear them down....

Their job requires them to constantly deal with crowds and it has the ability to really wear them down. Jesus had to deal with this more than anyone, yet time and time again the Bible tells us Jesus had compassion on the crowds. Jamin puts forth Jesus' example as an example for Christians to live up to with their own crowd, whether it be a crowd of 2 people or 2,000.

We've so often been taught that the disciples were nobodies who left nothing to become something, but upon further inspection it seems that this was not the case. Jamin reveals a different look at the four fishermen Jesus calls at the beginning of the gospel of Mark.

Jamin ends his series on Romans in reference to the fact that Paul encouraged believers to not practice things that would upset other Christians, even if those things were morally acceptable.

In a world where many are turned off by the government, it's a bit difficult to take Paul's words to heart when he tells us to respect those in authority. But then again, Paul and other Christians spent plenty of time in jail because of these authorities, which is not something that should happen to someone who respects authority. With the whole world at each other's throats in the election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump and all kinds of hot topics being handled with insulting words, Jamin calls everyone to calm down and love each other again and agree on the things that Christians should be in agreement about, regardless of who was elected.
Fostering Growth
In this message on 1208's vision, Jamin explains the importance of discipling ourselves and others. The Christian was not meant to pray the sinner's prayer and be done with everything—they must continue to grow into the new creation Jesus has called them into. The Christian is to always be moving forward into something more.
